Walking a little bit (Arrox. 500m) from Okurayama station, you can find this shop.
There were various attractive sweets and I hesitated about which one to buy. Finally I decided “Kuma Sasa Mochi” as follow. Sasa Mochi is a Mochi ( Japanese rice cake ) wrapped in Sasa ( leaf of bamboo ). This was 170 yen as of July-2019 ( Tax-exclusive price ).
This was very tender and very delicious. Especially, rich flavor and taste of green tea powder !! As shown in the following picture, this sweet is coated with green tea powder.
The sweet bean paste in this sweet has a soft sweet flavor & pleasant taste.
